The GHL Group is responsible for the data and it shall not be used for any purpose other than the performance of the contract with us. In cases where we use external data processors, the responsibility for the data will be ensured through the data processor's own certification.

Insight

You have the right to ask us at any time what information we have registered about you, the purpose of the registration, the categories of personal data, the possible recipients of the information, as well as information on the origin of the data.

You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal details we have stored about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, please send a written request, together with identification that you are the person concerned (copy of passport/driver's licence etc.).

Correct answer

You have the right to correct errors in the personal data we have registered about you. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, please send us a written request with the corrected information.

Right to erasure

You have the right to have some or all of your personal data erased by us, for example if you withdraw your consent to our records. To the extent that the processing of your information is necessary, for example to comply with our legal obligations, we are not obliged to delete the personal data.

The right to restrict processing for storage

In some cases, you also have the right to have your personal data restricted to storage only, for example if you believe that the information we hold about you is inaccurate.

You have the right to object at any time to our processing of your personal data that we collect to improve the usability of the website.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, PO Box 8177 Dep., 0152 Oslo about our processing of your personal data.

Deletion of personal data

If you do not use our website for a period of one year, we will automatically delete your personal data that we are not required by law to store for a longer period. Unless we have the right to continue processing, we will delete your personal data if you withdraw your consent for us to store the information we have collected for the purposes of marketing to you by email, SMS and post.

We will delete your personal data if you withdraw your consent for us to store the information we have collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter. You have the opportunity to subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time. Unsubscribing automatically deletes the data we have collected about you.

Security

We have implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally or unlawfully destroyed, lost, altered or degraded, as well as from coming to the knowledge of third parties or being misused.

Only employees who have a direct need for this information in their work will have access to your personal data.
